Our objective
We do everything we can to help you find the home of your dreams. With experience, expertise, and passion, we are your partner for your home in Greece.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Statement by Johann Cenker How do we live these days? In close combat with a world that is spinning ever faster. With more pressure, more stress, more cold and more superficiality that influence us. How much fitter, smarter, more flexible and more resilient do we still have to become? There is hardly any time to pause. We are reachable and available almost everywhere; the daily onslaught of information demands that we muster more energy than we perhaps have available. If your thoughts are similar, then you have come to the right place. In Greece, in the southern Peloponnese, we found a beautifully quiet area by the sea with a pleasant climate, not yet taken over by mass tourism and noisy bus tourists. Millions of olive trees dominate the archaic landscape; there is no industry whatsoever for miles around. If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind without constant noise pollution, we have found it. Come to Pylos and you will see that we have not promised too much.
We want to help our customers find a home in which they can fully develop.

Personal thoughts from Alexander Krinner
Tradition meets modernity
During a trip to the Peloponnese in 2005, my wife Valentina and I discovered the regions of Messinia and Achaia and fell in love with the idyllic landscapes, coastlines, and their inhabitants. I worked in Germany for 15 years as a civil engineer and, upon arrival here, specialized in the renovation and construction of stone houses in the old, traditional style. Stone houses in the old style, but with completely individual, rustic, modern, or very elegant interiors. The charm and charisma of traditional elements combined with modern technology is pure fascination. Today, we are once again building houses where people truly get real value for their money. Where they can eat well, breathe fresh air, and swim in clean water. "Mediterranean living," the epitome of quality of life, reaches many people seeking a healthy investment and wanting to fulfill a little dream along the way. People who don't want to invest in numbers, lines, and tables with a bank advisor, but instead want to feel, see, use, and enjoy their investment themselves. Even if they don't always want to vacation in their home, they don't have to worry about renting it out, upkeep, and maintenance. You know you've invested correctly when you enjoy your investment and, in addition to a pleasing return, spend warm evenings on your own veranda, and prefer to return home later rather than sooner. It's striking that for many people, high and quick returns are no longer essential. The appreciation of true quality of life, combined with sustainable capital appreciation and, if necessary, a return from rentals, gives you peace of mind and the certainty of having earned more than just the return. I value the respectful treatment of people and believe in the idea of making good decisions that make your life more beautiful without making it more expensive. On the contrary, I believe in the idea of generating future added value from my spending and, even during this time, enjoying life in one of the most beautiful and uncrowded parts of Southern Europe. Responsibility doesn't end with the project development, planning, or construction of the purchased house, but continues with the subsequent management. Perhaps a step up in trust for the buyer. I cordially invite you to participate in Mediterranean life. Safety and reliability will be your daily companions thanks to our care.
