We are general contractors not real estate agents, if you specifically request we can help you find a property but if you can find it yourself or already own it that would be an advantage. We would also be happy to put you in touch with a local broker. Although we focus our construction activities on the Peloponnese, we would be happy to build your dream house at any another location in Greece. The first step should always be to see the area, if this suits your needs we are at your disposal immediately.
Since the properties and prices are subject to constant change, we ask for your understanding that we no longer display specific properties. On request we can provide you with more detailed information, please include all data such as name, telephone number, etc.
No House is like the other
Every buyer has his own wishes, two, three or four bedrooms, bathrooms, standard/high-quality equipment/solar system yes/no, etc.? You will therefore understand that we cannot name a flat rate here, that would be dubious. We build high-quality, with German or Austrian quality standards, we would be happy to show you on site few of our houses we have built to document this.
